Pool robots
Varitech will arrange transportation and a replacement device while the device is being repaired. A standard fee of €139 excluding VAT will be charged for this service.
Additional repair costs are always communicated to the customer in advance via a quote. Repairs costing less than €250 excluding VAT are carried out automatically.
Lifts
There are a few things you can do to ensure that the intervention runs quickly and efficiently.
Provide Varitech with as much documentation about the problem as possible. Describe the problem and send photos. Provide us with the serial number of the device.
Other
Problems or repairs needed for other materials such as swimming lanes, clocks, grids, etc.
We will provide you with a suitable solution or quote as soon as possible.
